One publisher, one standard. These rules bind every product we ship, and each product page states its own specifics on the label and in its policies.
The rules
Four commitments.
We collect the minimum a feature needs
If a feature works without your data, it takes none. Where an app needs an account to do its job, its policy says so on the label before you install.
No advertising, no tracking, no data broking
No advertising identifiers, no cross-app or cross-site tracking, nothing sold or rented to anyone. That is a product decision, not a setting we might change.
AI is labelled and bounded
Where an app uses AI it says so plainly, never claims to be human, and never presents generated text as professional advice. Anything you seal is excluded before a request leaves the app.
Built right for its age
Every app states who it is for, on its label. When we publish for children, that app is held to stricter rules, not looser ones: nothing collected, no advertising, no messaging with strangers, and no purchase a child could make alone.

If you choose Allow analytics below, Google Analytics measures visits, pages viewed, scrolling and product interactions on smilingquokka.app. It uses browser cookies and device and browser information to help us improve the website. Google processes this information for us and may process it outside Australia.
We do not send form contents, email addresses or app learning records to Google Analytics. Advertising signals and ad personalisation are disabled. This website setting does not add an analytics SDK to our apps.
You can decline or turn off Google Analytics in the website analytics controls below. Turning it off stops future collection and removes its first-party cookies from this browser. Your data rights.
Write to privacy@smilingquokka.app to ask what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. You do not need to explain why. If you think we have mishandled personal information, tell us first; if we do not resolve it, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
