Delete your data
Ace Citizenship Test version 1.0.0 has no accounts, no sign-in and no password. There is no profile of you to delete, because we never made one.
Study and progress data in the app
Your activity is stored on your own device and is never uploaded. To remove it:
- Press and hold the Ace Citizenship Test icon on your Home Screen.
- Choose Remove App, then Delete App.
Deleting the app deletes that data with it, permanently and immediately. There is no cloud copy to clean up afterwards.
The same data in a browser
The web version keeps the same information in your browser’s local storage. Clear it from your browser settings — in Safari, Settings → Apps → Safari → Advanced → Website Data, then remove the Ace Citizenship Test entry.
Your email address
If you gave us an email address, that is what we hold on our side. Email privacy@smilingquokka.app from that address and ask us to delete it. We remove it and confirm to you, normally within five business days and always within 30 days.
You do not need to explain why, and we will not ask you to complete anything before we act. Never send us a password or an identity document.
